MICHAEL HEINSTEIN

Michael Heinstein has served as chief executive officer since
1998 and is one of the founders of Art.com, Inc.
Michael brings over 23 years of technology and
entrepreneurial experience to Art.com, Inc., with prior work in pre-Internet
online gaming communities and gaming software.
Michael received a B.A. degree with honors in Political
Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He also has an M.A. degree
from the University of Illinois (Chicago) in Clinical Psychology, where he
practiced as a clinical psychologist and conducted research on the impact of
communities on pro-social behavior and mental health.

ROBERT GIGLIO
|
Chief
Marketing Officer
Rob Giglio serves as our Chief Marketing Officer. In
that role he is leading our marketing, e-commerce, merchandising and Corporate
Strategy & Consumer Insights functions.
Prior to joining Art.com, Rob spent over 16 years in retail
and consumer goods industries. He previously served as Vice President,
General Manager of Old Navy.com; Vice President of Old Navy Canada and while at
Williams-Sonoma as the Vice President of Marketing for the Pottery Barn
brand. Additionally, while at Williams-Sonoma, Rob launched the
PotteryBarn.com website and Pottery Barn’s online Wedding and Gift Registry.
Rob began his career at Procter & Gamble, later moving to
Clorox where he was a Brand Manager working on multiple large household brands.
A long-term advocate for community service, Rob is a member
of the San Francisco Guardsmen; an organization which serves at-risk youth in
the SF Bay Area and he serves on the Board for the Contra Costa Youth Council.
Rob holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from San Diego State
University and an MBA degree from the University of Southern California.

GEOFFROY MARTIN

Chief
Operations Officer
Geoffroy Martin has been our chief operations officer since June 2005. He
joined Art.com, Inc. in 2004, as vice president of operations. Geoffroy
oversees our Worldwide Operations and Customer Service divisions.
Geoffroy brings over 10 years of international management
experience in operations, engineering and program management, with both
start-up and public companies.
Most recently, Geoffroy served as director, planning and
materials for ONI Systems (acquired by Ciena Corporation), where he built the
supply chain and planning organization from the ground up, and managed it to
support quarterly revenue growth from $0 to $75 million within 18 months. Prior
to ONI, Geoffroy held director positions with Object-Mart, Inc and with USN
Communications, a NASDAQ listed telecommunications service provider based in
Chicago.
Geoffroy received master of science degrees in Electrical
Engineering from both Ecole Centrale Paris in France and Politecnico di Torino
in Italy.

BETH DEVIN

Chief Technology Officer
Beth Devin is our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and is
responsible for all aspects of technology for our business critical eCommerce
sites, backoffice systems, and IT infrastructure and operations.
Beth brings 20 plus years of technology development and
leadership experience to Art.com from a variety of industries including
financial services, telecommunications, and cable broadcasting. Prior to
joining Art.com, Beth was CTO of Blackhawk Network, a prepaid and payments
network and market leader in stored value card financial solutions. Beth held
several technology leadership positions at the Charles Schwab Corporation where
she supported the Retail enterprise, including the branch, call center and
Schwab.com customer channels, the Schwab Retail Bank, and the Services for
Investment Managers business. Beth has also held technology positions at Turner
Broadcasting Systems, Pacific Bell Directory, and Bechtel Petroleum.
Beth is a member of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and
Executives (FWE&E), the Financial Women’s Association, and Women in
Technology. She participated in a yearlong fellowship program sponsored by the
International Women’s Forum (IWF) in 2000/2001.
Beth received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from San
Francisco State University.

TRISTAN MONEY

Senior Vice
President - Channel Marketing
Tristan Money has served as our vice president of marketing
since November 2004. He joined Art.com, Inc. in 2004 as director of business
development. Tristan oversees customer acquisition and retention marketing for
all Art.com, Inc. brands in the U.S. and international markets.
Tristan brings over 12 years of direct marketing experience
in consumer goods, including apparel, books and art. Prior to joining Art.com,
Inc., Tristan served as director of marketing at Alibris, an online seller of
used and out-of-print books. His e-commerce experience started at TravelSmith
Outfitters (now part of IAC) as director of business development, where his
initial focus was catalog marketing. An early Internet evangelist, Tristan
launched TravelSmith’s first Web site in 1997, rapidly creating a profitable,
multi-million dollar channel. During his tenure there, revenues grew from $12
million to $120 million.
Tristan studied Business Administration at the University of
Brighton, England.

GARY TAKEMOTO

Senior Vice
President of Merchandising
Gary serves as our senior vice president of merchandising and
joined Art.com, Inc. in March 2001. He oversees the merchandising strategy,
developing strategic relationships with the art and publishing community,
diversifying the revenue channels through directing new product development and
expanding product services.
Gary brings 20 years of experience in traditional and
e-commerce retailing. Prior to joining Art.com, Inc., Gary served as director
of merchandising at Internet Shopping Network and managed product and brand
development positions in leading retail companies such as Macy’s and Mervyn’s
department stores.
Gary received a B.A. degree in Sociology and East Asian
Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
