Joshua is one of the co-founders of Art.com Inc., and currently serves on its Board of Directors. He has in-depth knowledge of the Internet, e-commerce and art industries, and has spent the last 11 years growing the company, and providing it with vision and direction.
His greatest accomplishment has been building Art.com Inc. into the world's largest online consumer marketplace for prints, posters, photographs, and custom frames. He is a firm believer that great companies are made by great people, and attributes much of Art.com Inc.'s success to its employees.
In addition to his business responsibilities, Joshua also enjoys sharing his passion for creating new businesses with high school and college students interested in becoming entrepreneurs.

With over 20 years of venture capital investment experience, Bob is a veteran of the venture industry and is currently a general partner with Benchmark Capital. Prior to Benchmark, Bob spent 12 years as a general partner with Technology Venture Investors. Before TVI, Bob worked for The Boston Consulting Group where he focused on issues of corporate strategy in industries ranging from retail distribution to high technology manufacturing.
Bob earned a M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1980 as a General Motors Fellow, and a B.S. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the General Motors Institute (renamed Kettering University) in 1978 as a Sobey Scholar.
Dan has more than 17 years of operating and strategic investment experience in the technology and consumer sectors and is currently Managing Partner of Stripes Group, an operationally-oriented growth stage private equity firm, which focuses on technology enabled and consumer product companies.
Prior to Stripes Group, Dan spent 11 years at IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI), where he played a variety of executive roles including: head of strategy and corporate development of IAC, founding CEO of Pronto, Inc., President of Citysearch and head of corporate strategy and development at Ticketmaster.
Prior to IAC, Dan also worked for PepsiCo's Frito-Lay Division for 6 years where he spent time in Brand Management, New Product Development and Operations.
Dan earned both his B.S. (1990) and M.BA. (1991) from the University of Illinois, where he was a Bronze Tablet Scholar.
Geoffroy Martin has been Art.com Inc.'s CEO since February 2010. He joined in 2004 and previously served as COO. Geoffroy's mission is to make art accessible to all by transforming the way the world discovers, learns about, personalizes, shares and ultimately purchases art. He is committed to have Art.com and AllPosters.com become the world's favorite and most recognized brands when it comes to art, and to be known for offering a superior value proposition through a captivating user experience, world-class customer satisfaction, and cutting-edge innovation.
Geoffroy has over 15 years of international management experience, with both high-growth start-up and public companies. He received Master of Science degrees in electrical engineering from École Centrale Paris in France and Politecnico di Torino in Italy.
Geoffroy’s interests include hiking, skiing, spending time with his family, and collecting Middle Eastern abstract paintings. His favorite art piece on art.com is Gustav Klimt’s Tree of Life.
Alan has more than 20 years of operating executive and investment experience and is currently a managing general partner with Polaris Venture Partners. Alan focuses on investments in information technology, with an emphasis on revenue-stage companies, digital media, and e-commerce.
Before joining Polaris, Alan was with The Washington Post Company, where he worked for 18 years. During his career with The Washington Post Company, he served as President, Chief Operating Officer, board member, Chief Financial Officer, President of Newsweek, head of newspaper marketing, and head of corporate business development. Prior to The Washington Post Company, Alan was an officer at The Boston Consulting Group, an international management consulting firm specializing in corporate strategy.
Alan earned his B.S. at Massachusetts Institute of Technology; an M.S. at M.I.T.'s Sloan School of Management; and a J.D., with honors, from Harvard Law School.
