Art.com launches two innovative Visual Art Search tools making it easier than ever for customers to find and buy the perfect piece of art.  The company also goes mobile with artMatchTM for the iPhone.  The first application of its kind, artMatchTM allows users  to snap a picture of a work of art and find an exact match or similar art for sale on  Art.com.

Art.com becomes the provider of high quality prints and framing services to the world’s most well respected museums, including the British Museum, Museum of Modern Art in New York, The Whitney Museum, the San Francisco MOMA and The de Young Museum, among others.

Art.com introduces the Photos {to} Art premium service, offering customers the ability to transform their personal photos into customized works of art printed on canvas, wood or acrylic.

AllPosters.com introduces the exclusive Archie Comics collection, commemorating the 70th anniversary of one of the longest-running and most successful brands in the comic industry.

Art.com launches The Saturday Evening Post wall art collection featuring premium quality reproductions of hundreds of classic cover illustrations from 20th century American painter and illustrator Norman Rockwell.

AllPosters launches 17 new country-specific websites, bringing the total to 25 country-specific websites across five continents. The new country sites include: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.

AllPosters and art.com launch Facebook fan pages and within several months the total fans exceed 250,000 for AllPosters and 125,000 for art.com. Art.com also hosts its first America’s Next Master Artist competition on Facebook and two winners are selected from thousands of entries.
