As a Merchandising & Branding Advisor, Ivy helps guide worldwide merchandising, branding and public relations for Art.com Inc.

Ivy was the Creative Catalyst at Gap, Inc. (innovating for Banana Republic, Old Navy and Gap), and her work as Executive Vice President of Marketing for the Gap brand included the launch of the 1969 denim line, resulting in double digital sales increases. Previously, Ivy was CCO for Disney Stores North America. She has also held senior creative and product design positions at Mattel, Calvin Klein, Coach, Liz Claiborne, Swatch Watch and Avon.

Chosen by Fast Company and BusinessWeek as the new face of leadership, Ivy was contributing author to The Change Champions Field Guide and Best Practices in Leadership Development and Organizational Change. Ivy also serves on Proctor and Gamble's design board.

Ivy's metal work is in the permanent collections of 12 international museums. A recipient of the prestigious National Endowment for the Arts grant, she's also received the Women in Design Award and Diamond International Award.

Ivy's interests include studying sound and vibration, quantum physics, energy medicine and traveling with her husband and daughter to see the wonders of the world. Her favorite artists include Mark Rothko, Rex Ray and her husband, photographer Arthur Drooker.
