Chief Executive Officer

Kira Wampler joined Art.com Inc as Chief Executive Officer in November 2016.

Kira brings more than 20 years of marketing and product leadership, building delightful and high impact consumer experiences and accelerating business growth across a wide variety of industries. Most recently as CMO at Lyft, Kira drove a 7X increase in rides and a 6X increase in passengers while building Lyft as a household name in a highly competitive and complex environment. Prior to Lyft, Kira was the CMO and head of the Consumer business at Trulia where she launched the company’s first-ever national marketing campaign and led all consumer product and marketing efforts. Prior to Trulia, she served as VP of Product and Marketing at Lytro, where she led marketing, product, sales, and international growth, while building a new category from the ground up. She also spent six years at Intuit in a variety of brand, performance marketing, and leadership positions.

Kira received her MBA from the Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. She’s an avid basketball fan, spends as much time as possible with her family and loves the outdoors. Some of her favorite art include works from Salvador Dali and Georgia O’Keeffe as well as work from a broad range of photographers.

Chief Financial Officer

Chuck Kurth joined Art.com Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in November 2008 and oversees the company's Finance and Legal functions.

Chuck has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, most recently as Executive VP, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer with Mervyns, a $2.5 billion regional department store. Prior to that, he was VP of Finance and Treasurer at Ross Stores, Inc., a publicly-traded retailer. During his tenure there, revenue grew from approximately $2 billion to more than $5 billion, and the store base increased from less than 200 stores to more than 700. He has also held leadership positions at Hanover Direct and The May Department Stores Company, and was a Senior Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. Chuck received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Iowa State University.

Chuck enjoys sporting events, fine wines and spending time with his family. His favorite artists include Roberto Lombardi, Howard Behrens and Alan Blaustein.

Lisa Sullivan Cross joined Art.com as Chief Marketing Officer in April 2017. With over 20 years marketing experience, she is an innovative data-driven marketer with a track record building and growing businesses at companies such as Lucasfilm, Warner Bros., Dictionary.com, Evite, and Nielsen Business Media (Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, Adweek). Most recently as Vice President, Growth and Brand Marketing at Pandora, Sullivan-Cross led a large-scale rebrand and developed launch marketing campaigns for Pandora Plus, Pandora Premium, and more. Sullivan-Cross also founded Pandora's growth marketing discipline, leading a team that drove double digit growth in unique users, engagement and subscribers amidst intense competitive pressures.

Lisa lives in Oakland with her wife, Ann and their three kids. She loves spending time outdoors with her family and is an avid runner, having completed many half and full marathons in recent years. She enjoys picking up local art from Oakland First Fridays festival and during visits to Cape Cod each summer. Some of her favorite artists include Kelly Tunstall and Frida Kahlo.

Christine Fernandez joined Art.com Inc. as Chief Experience Officer in July 2017. Christine has 20 years of experience creating products and experiences that delight users and exceed business expectations. Her background includes product strategy and design, service design, communication design, original content creation, branding and identity. She was most recently Head of Design for Rider, Global Partnerships, and Expansion teams at Uber. Previously, she worked at award winning design consulting companies R/GA and frog design, and was co-founder of a boutique design studio in New York City. Her work has been recognized by the Addy Awards, Clio Awards, One Club, AIGA, IXDA, Adobe, Creativity Magazine, The New York Times, AdvertisingAge and Fast Company.

She has a BA from University of California at Berkeley and studied Film and Media at Columbia University’s MFA Program. A Bay Area native, Christine lives in the Oakland Hills with her husband Martin, a musician, and their daughter Ramona. Christine is passionate about all things art and design. Some of her favorite artists include Gerard Richter, Mark Rothko, and Cindy Sherman. She also loves new contemporary art and street art.

Jonathan McNulty

Chief Operating Officer

Jonathan McNulty is Chief Operating Officer of Art.com Inc. In this role, he oversees all day-to-day operations for Art.com, spearheading opportunities in mobile, and enhancing search, discovery and shopping for art, décor, posters, and more.

Prior to joining Art.com, Jonathan served as Vice President of Product, Growth and Design at Trulia where he helped accelerate the company's growth as one of the most recognized brands in real estate. Jonathan and his team were responsible for contributing heavily to Zillow Group's revenue of over $846 million in 2016. His experience in driving strategic growth, as well as leading product at Chegg and other early stage companies plays a critical role in achieving Art.com's long-term vision.

Jonathan graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics, with additional studies at Queens College, University of Cambridge and Kings College, University of London.

Jonathan was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He currently resides in San Francisco with his wife Tina, and their children Abrielle and Asher. Some of his favorite photographers are Ansel Adams and Henri Cartier Bresson, and he loves paintings by Claude Monet and Pierre-Auguste Renoir.

As Global General Manager of Emerging Businesses, Larissa Pommeraud brings her expertise in B2C and B2B growth strategy, innovation, and business development to the Art.com management team.

Prior to joining Art.com, Inc., Larissa served as Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at StubHub, where she transformed the company's growth trajectory with both organic investments in e-commerce technology breakthroughs and inorganic acquisitions to expand geographic footprint (from 4 to 48 countries) and B2B tools and services.

Larissa also spent more than a decade with top-tier strategy consultancy Bain & Company in Boston, Chicago, Sydney and Paris. In addition to consulting clients in a variety of industries on mission-critical business challenges, she led the firm's internal marketing, business development, strategy and operations functions.

Larissa received her MBA from leading international business school INSEAD, and her Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University, where she simultaneously expressed her love for the arts as a frequent dancer, choreographer, and director/producer. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children. She particularly loves photographic and contemporary art, better yet, the mix of both (that really makes you reflect!) from artists like Thomas Barbey.

As Global General Manager, Art & Home at Art.com Inc., Gary Takemoto is responsible for product and artist development as well as licensing and vendor relationships.

With over 20 years of experience in traditional and e-commerce retail, Gary joined Art.com Inc. in March 2001. He previously served as Director of Merchandising at Internet Shopping Network and held product and brand development positions at large retail companies such as Macy’s and Mervyns. Gary received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and East Asian Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

An avid tennis player, Gary also enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. He has an affinity for art from Marc Chagall.

Senior Vice President of Engineering

Wan Agus joined Art.com as SVP of Engineering in May 2017. Wan brings over 20 years of experience building complex and useful applications, as well as leading teams toward the goal of even better ones. Prior to Art.com, Wan was the VP of Engineering at Macys.com where he built or led almost all digital technology teams, including e-commerce, Digital Marketing, and Business Intelligence. Prior to Macy’s, Wan worked as a consultant for Turner (their first launch of PGATour.com and Nascar.com), Walmart.com, NYTimes.com, and UK National Lottery. Wan received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Wan lives in Dublin, CA with his wife and two kids. He and his wife are avid trail runners, and also enjoy dragging their kids around to different countries and making them try funny looking food. At home, Wan has many works by Henri Matisse, as well as posters from Akira Kurosawa movies.

QUINTIN MIKELL

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Quintin Mikell joined Art.com Inc. as Senior Vice President of Operations in July 2017.

Quintin has had a diverse career in managing operations for a variety of companies within the United States and internationally, most recently at Cintas/ZEE Medical Inc., where he was responsible for transitioning ZEE Medical Operations into Cintas Corporation after a company acquisition. He was also responsible for guiding and directing distribution and production operations, quality assurance, business improvement, and regulatory compliance for ZEE Medical. Prior to his assignment at ZEE Medical, Quintin held leadership positions at Sonopress/Arvato, Indiana State University, Kawneer Aluminum, and Sony DADC, where he spent 17 years of his career.

Quintin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Indiana State University, where he has been honored as a Distinguished Alumni, and was recently inducted into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame (football). He is committed to community service, and has worked as a youth volunteer football and basketball coach, and he has served on various community non-profit boards. He enjoys golfing, bowling, collecting wines, singing, cooking, and spending time with his wife and three sons.

His favorite artists are Jean-Michel Basquiat and Jacob Lawrence.

Terry Hill

Terry Hill

Vice President of Human Resources and Administration

Terry Hill is Art.com Inc.'s Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. He joined the company in June 2002 and oversees staffing, leadership development, performance management, organization development, employee training, benefits and compensation, labor law compliance and employee communication.

Terry brings more than 20 years of human resources experience at a senior management level. He has worked in HR generalist roles as well as business development and operations roles for HR outsourcing companies. Prior to joining Art.com Terry was Director, West Coast and Human Resources Services at Advantius, a human resources outsourcing ASP. This followed roles as Director, Human Resources Services and Consulting at EmployeeService.com and senior human resources management roles at Milgard Manufacturing and Patio Industries. Terry received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a M.S. in Human Resources at Chapman University, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Terry's interests include spending time with his family, tennis, golf and skiing. His favorite artists include Mark Rothko and Ansel Adams.
