Retired Williams-Sonoma COO/CFO Sharon McCollam Joins Art.com Board of Directors

Veteran Retailer will be Chairperson of Audit Committee

EMERYVILLE, CA (July 23, 2012) — Art.com Inc., the world’s easiest place to discover, experience and buy art, has named Sharon McCollam to its Board of Directors where she will serve as Chairperson of the Audit Committee.

McCollam is the former Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a $3.7 billion, multi-channel specialty retailer of high-quality products for the home, where she was also a member of its Board of Directors. McCollam also previously served as a Director of Del Monte Foods Company from 2007-2011, and she currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sutter Health.
